Perched near the coastline and designed to withstand the elements, The Gables is a stunning Hamptons-inspired beach house that blends timeless design with coastal resilience. Every detail of this home has been considered for both aesthetic impact and low-maintenance living—essential given its proximity to the breaking surf.

The home features weather-resistant materials including a shingle roof, solid stonework, PVC cladding, and external PVC windows—all chosen for durability and longevity.


Inside, the home offers five bedrooms with ensuites, three spacious living areas, and a garage equipped with car hoists for car stacking, alongside a carport. A cobblestone driveway adds to the home's classic charm. This is a refined and resilient coastal retreat, built for both beauty and practicality.
