Working closely with the owners, QBC Constructions in collaboration with AJF Designs for design & DA, helped bring their vision to life, creating two exceptional homes that allowed the family to remain on the land they love while welcoming another family into this remarkable coastal community.

Inspired by its beachside setting, the home features warm oak timber, soft sand-toned finishes and natural textures that reflect the surrounding landscape. Expansive glazing captures uninterrupted views from the garage through to the open-plan living spaces, kitchen, and luxurious master suite, creating a constant connection with the ocean and surrounding landscape.

The Pines is a thoughtful example of duplex building on the South Coast, where exceptional craftsmanship, meaningful design and family legacy come together to create homes that belong to both their place and the people who call them home.
